| Diabetes fear, hypoglycemic
Hello, I am a bit of a hypocindriac. I am 20 years old and far as I know I have been healthy most of my life. The thing is I ate loads on sugar when I was younger and so did my dad. Both my father and I have been skinny our whole lives but then I read even skinny people can get type 2 diabetes. When I got to be a teenager I didn't eat much sugar and I don't really now. But I'm worried I eat too many carbrohydrates. Diabetes is not in my family except way back my great-great grand mother had it. What dose run in my family is hypoglycemia which I understand is opposite of diabetes. I think it means your blood sugar is always low. Dose in any way put you at risk for diabetes? I am allergic to dairy, wheat, sugar. But I eat alot of things made from rice, corn and oat flour. It's organic but I still worry. I eat potatos often and brown rice pasta all the time. I do eat fruits and vegtables and alot of chicken and turkey. I read about the complications and I'm scared I would like to know if I am at risk and how to prevent it. Thank you.
