my husband is diabetic and we will find out on Saturday when the test results come back how bad it really is. he has tingling in his legs and feet and ED is becoming an issue. My question is where do i begin to help him? Are there some good books to read or websites to go to so I know where to begin to help him.
I know we need to change a lot of things in our lives and not just for us but for our kids too. Diabetes played a huge role in his fathers death and we don't want him or our kids to go down the same path.
Thanks in advance
There are probably lots of good books to be found. The only one I'm familiar with is Dr. Bernstein's Diabetes Solution. I've learned a lot from it and am still learning every time I read it. It convinced me it is possible to have normal blood sugars and recover at least partially from common complications. I'm on the way.
