I find that exercise 3 times a week (and by exercise I mean really sweat, aerobics, running hard, gym classes, lifting weights) and keeping my sugars in check make all the difference. Exercise will give you much more energy. Eat veggies, lots of different types they all have stuff that fuels your body.
Now you have to really give the exercise a chance....4 weeks at least in order to feel more energy. Give it a try and let me know how it goes!
