Are they only blue when they are cold?
if you heat them up or sit in front of a heater do they return to a more normal colour?

My doctor recently told me I had Reynauds Phenomenon after my hands and feet kept turning blue over the winter or on colder tiles or water.
They turn grey and I have black or blue nails at the time and it looks hideous. (my friends Say I have 'Dead Hands' when it happens.

He said its when your body cuts of your hands and feet instead of getting warmer to try heat them all, he told me I simply have to wear gloves and socks or warm them up somehow
