I don't get a ton of fiber in my diet - if I eat it randomly am I doing more harm than good? I was told recently that if I don't eat it regularly my body doesn't know how to deal with it and that I will bloat - is that crazy?
There are lots of things out there with fiber in them now and I never heard of bloating from fiber either. If you don't like vegies, salads etc you can always buy Fiber-Con tablets or your choice of fiber tablets. They work but it'salways good to have some fiber in your diet.
