my name is sarah im 29 from oregon and was just dignoised with gestational diabetes im 28 weeks along. I have to check my blood 5 times and give my self insulin 2 times a day 5 Im gussing its CCs in the morning and 5 Before dinner very low dose to start out with. But my numbers are all over the place so doc wants to try to get it under control.
Anyways Im trying to figure out how to change my diet I am to see a dietician but that my not be for a week or two shes very booked. So doc said no carbs no sugar
which is hard for me i love both but i dont want to be unhealthy for me or the baby! anyways any adivce on were to find good meal plans? how do you eat out? and is there any bread that is diabetic friendly??
