Hi Florida2001, yes I think you have impaired glucose tolerance based on your 1/5 and 1 hour levels. The normal range you've mentioned is valid only for fasting levels.
In pre-diabetes (which is the same as impaired glucose tolerance), your blood glucose levels usually spike at 1 hour, going back to normal at the 2 hour mark. But that depends on what you eat. Since the glucose drink is a fast absorbing sugar, your level was highest at 1 hour. But for example, carbohydrates consumed with fat may make your levels go up at 2 hours after the meal. Fat slows down the release of glucose/sucrose/fructose..., so it takes more time for the blood sugar levels to rise.
Your blood sugar shouldn't exceed 140 at 1 hour, or 110-120 at 2 hours after a meal.
