Question How much water to drink?
I'll ask my doctor this question tomorrow but for now,how much water should a diabetic drink daily? My diabetes is well in control,A1C was 5.7 last month and BG numbers are anywhere from 70-130 morning or evening. I usually only drink about 3-4 (8) oz. glasses a day. I know this is not enough but am looking for any advice offered.BTW,water is the ONLY liquid I drink.

The usual message has been 8 8oz glasses of water a day. That is still not a lot to worry about. I am on diaritcs and have to watch my intake on water. Let us know what you find out from the doctor. Hugs for today.
