Re: diebetes

How bad is your diabetes? What are your BG numbers? I have had type 2 diabetes since 2001 and for the first time since then I have mine under control. For breakfast I eat 2 hard boiled eggs,2 banannas, and or apples, and a granola bar. Lunch, tuna or turkey sandwich on wheat bread,a vegatable, more fruit, and a granola bar.Supper, chicken breast or fish, vegatables, more fruit and a fiber bar.For snacks during meals I usually eat raisins, peanut butter,or a granola bar.And I ONLY drink water.Having type 2 diabetes is not the end of the world;you just have to make better eating decisions and stick to them.Exercise is important too.

Re: diebetes

You eat normal food, with the calories and fat and sugar ladden foods. And portion control all day. You may want to consult with a diabets educator to help you learn what is good and what is bad for diabetes. Good luck and hugs for today.
