The only way to know for sure is to get blood work done. Some folks have no symptoms at all, and some have a few of the ones you describe. If you want a heads up, see if you know someone with a blood glucose meter and have them test you (either fasting or 2 hours after a meal). You should be below 100 fasting and less than 140 at the 2 hour mark.
