I have a question
 

After I eat I get confused and uncomfortable. I only eat once a day. I have always had this but it is getting worse so for the first time I am looking into it. I am 58. Could this have anything to do with blood sugar levels?

It could, but it could be other things as well. Do you know someone with a glucose meter that could test you after a meal? Then you could see if what you are feeling is glucose related.

No. I know nothing about things like this. I am just trying to figure out what is going on. It is definitely worse than in the past.

Even a cup or two of black decaffeinated coffee in the morning will cause this.
