I work out a lot and eat pretty healthy. However, I have been experiencing fatigue issues. I eat 6 meals a day which consist of protein, fats, and carbs. Protein is usually chicken or a protein shake, fats are almonds or peanut butter, and carbs are oatmeal and usually brown rice. Slowly but surely I have been noticing more and more bloating. I retain water like crazy. I am always pretty fatigued and after eating I can fall asleep very easily. Even while sitting or standing. I have been having some constipation issues as well. I will feel like I have to go but then not be able to. Any ideas on what this could be?
