My diabetes

54, with diabetes and other medical conditions. I have always known that my blood sugar is bottoming out when the shakes begin, and the ringing in my ears. but, this evening. I have taken my diabetes med's, and all other med's except 1. Ate a good meal, 2 1/2 hours later shaking started, ringing in my ears back. I was more then a bit confused about this so I tested my sugar 184. I wonder if my medication isn't working anymore, or if anyone else is having this problem, I have a lung dr appt in a couple of days and I have to drive so far to go to these that I am zapped for a while. I don't need to be driving 2 hr's if I should be going to my diabetes dr instead. any opinions?
