Well, no one can make a diagnosis on the basis of one single test, but it certainly is indicative of possible hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). And yes, all those symptoms you've mentioned can definitely be caused by low blood sugar.
The treatment for hypoglycemia is pretty simple...it's diet only. You can do a search for hypoglycemic diets, but the basics are to eat a moderately low carb, high protein diet. And never, ever eat high carb (or even ANY carbs) without also eating some protein. The carbs will cause your body to produce too much insulin, so the carbs will get used up pretty quickly, but the protein takes longer to convert so there'll be something around for the insulin to work on after the carbs are used up.
