Hi all I'm 42 and over the past 3 years I've lost 120 pounds, I lost most of the weight in about 18 months and have been lifting weights seriously and doing 40 minutes of cardio 4-5 days a week religiously for 3 years...I have hit a major plateau the last 8-10 months and can't seem to drop anymore weight,..I have been on cer ow carbs and no sugar for the last 3 years and
I have stayed with the diet 100%...I feel great and have made Muscle gains but the motivation is going away because the scale isn't moving,
I know I have put on muscle weight for sure but I'm not seeing any diff in the waistline or the scale.....I've heard people say try to carb cycle, try to fast a day or a week....I'm just really down on myself I'm doing the work and busting my *** but can't get the last 35 off I want do

.....any suggestions?? Thanks for any advice
