I don't eat a lot during the day. I usually don't eat breakfast or lunch, but have a snack and eat dinner, most of the time very small. If that is the cause of me being overweight, will eating more help it, or make it worse? Obviously eating more healthy foods. Still, how can eating so little make someone overweight, and thus unhealthy?

If what you are eating is mainly carbs, and you excercise little, you will gain weight.
it sounds like you have a slow metabolism. what if you tried eating in smaller amounts throughout the day? also, more fiber would keep things, uh, moving right along...
Did you gain the weight eating very little, or is it that you had put on weight over time and are now surprised that you are not taking it off eating very little?
Eating meals throughout the day (some find 3 is good; others swear by 5-6) and eating some protein at every meal can help pump up your metabolism.

I gained it by eating very little. Anyway, thanks a lot for your help, all of you.
