Hate to say it but Champion Nutrition 100% Whey mixes horribly. No matter if you shake it in a shaker bottle or blend it in a blender you always end up having major nasty chunks on the bottom. I recommend Pro Labs 100% Whey or Optimum 100% Whey.

Ok you recommend optimum's 100 percent whey, I have the strawberry one and it is terrible even if you add strawberry syrup with it, please tell me that it's just the worst flavor or something. I know it's good to take but the stuff is so nasty, there's got to be better flavors or better brands or I think ill just stay away from the stuff, I already have five pounds of it to get rid of.

I find that the strawberry flavor always ends up tasting like crap, no matter the brand. I find the Optimum 100% Whey in the chocolate to be quite good. Well it's not like a chocolate shake, but it's pretty good when just mixed w/ water.

Actually Nitro-Tech's strawberry protein powder is pretty good. I haven't tried Optimum's strawberry protein. The chocolate one is good, better than most out there anyways. Kinda tastes like cold hot chocolate.
