Yes I have tried it! It worked great for me and I have several people that I know trying it too. I lost about 12 lbs in 3 weeks. However the effects are started to taper off. The appetite supression is wearing off. But, I have only been taking one a day. I'm starting today to take the second one like the package suggests. Give it a try. 12 lbs lost are better than none.
