Thanks to all those who gave me good advice about lossing weight...
I just wanted to let everyone know that I started my own diet, especially for me, it's more low-fat/high carb diet and I absolutely love it! I eat six small meals a day and just watch my fat intake. THAT'S IT. I started last monday and I already lost 5 lbs. Of course I work out seven days a week too, so that does help (but I've been doing this exercise schedule since the beginning of september, so it's nothing new). I feel great about myself (well, other than the xmas cookies I ate for breakfast this morning...haha...but it's cool, they were low-fat homemade ones)
Anywho, just thought I'd let you know that eating six meals a day actually does work, and for once, I kept the weight off during the weekend. Normally I loose weight during the week and then gain it all back over the weekend.
Woohoo, I finally found a non-fad diet that is healthy and that adapted to my body and lifestyle.
