Water will get your system working faster, and more efficiently. In turn, it would most likely give your metabolism a bit of a boost given you drink the advised amount, and wait a few weeks or so to see results. Drinking water in between meals is definitely not a bad idea, as it would cut down on your desire to snack, as water gives your body a feeling of being full. However, I don't sugges that you completely cut out the snacks completely. It is important to have at least one snack a day, to keep your metabolism going(unless you eat mini meals, and eat more often than others). This will keep your metabolism going even more. So I encourage you to drink water, as much as you want between meals or whatever you choose to do. Continue snacking as well, just as long as you opt for healthier alternatives ^_^
