Hello from Australia to all the Paleolithics on this board!
There is a lot of discussion on the acne forum on these boards right now regarding the Paleolithic diet, but solely in terms of its ability to eliminate acne. Has anyone experienced any other benefits of the Paleolithic diet other than eliminating acne? If so, I would love to hear from you! I guess I'm trying to find further reasons to solidify my resolve to maintain this diet which I've only recently started this week (and maintained 99.5% so far). I need to tell myself why I'm maintaining it when temptation hits other than for acne reasons, cos I have almost zero acne even on the worst diet, but I'm nevertheless very earnest about healthy living.
