In an attempt to improve my nutrition/health, I started drinking the low sodium V-8 juice. I know it is not as good (nutritionally) as homemade juice, but seemes pretty healthy to me. Certainly better than drinking a lot of sodas. But I have heard that many vegetable juices sold in stores have been processed too much and has lost much of its nutritional value. Any opinions or recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks
V8 is much better than drinking soda, but it's poor substitute for a healthy drink. Try your local health food store they should have V8 type drinks that are not processed to death.
