Kelp

Hey guys, anyone know what Kelp would be useful for? It contains: Iron Iodine and Sodium. Thanks!

Hi there! Kelp is useful for people with thyroid problems or those with iodine deficiency (which is very, very rare). People who have hypothyroidism (where the thyroid is underactive) benefit greatly from having kelp or seaweeds because of their high iodine content.

That's basically all I know! lol
