Air-popped popcorn has 4.65 grams of carbs per one cup. So... Fix your usual portion, take a dry-goods measuring cup and see how many cups you have, multiply by 4.65, and you'll have your answer. If you are on a low carb plan, you might want to just have it as a special treat now and then. Otherwise, on other diets, it's a good snack.
