Hello, It depends on how you look at it. If you are looking at fat and caloric content, only the baked torrilla chips are far better than potato chips. If you are looking at cholesterol, neither are good if they contain trans fats. If you are looking at carbs, my guess is they are both bad. (Low-carbers please correct me, because I'm a low-fatter and really don't know anything about low-carb diets.) If you are looking at nutrition, junk food is junk food.
