Question Are these low-carb foods?

I'm kinda confused about what foods are low-carb, especially those without labels. Which of the following foods would be a low-carb food? could you just put an asterisk by the low-carb ones or something?

carrots
milk
apples
oranges
peaches
grapes
bananas
sweet potatoes
spinach
almonds
sunflower seeds
black-eyed peas
broccoli
corn
cheese
tea
coffee
lentils
tofu

Oh, and what percentage of a food should be carbohydrates to be conidered low-carb?

oranges- NO
peaches- NO
grapes- NO

spinach- YES
almonds- THINK SO-BUT HIGH IN CALORIES AND FAT
sunflower seeds- SAME AS ALL SEEDS/NUTS
black-eyed peas-????
broccoli-YES
corn-NO
cheese-YES
tea-YES
coffee-YES WITHOUT SUGAR AND MILK
lentils- NO
tofu- I THINK NO

ANYTHING THAT HAS SUGARS IN IT (NATURAL OR NOT) ARE NOT LOW CARB NEITHER ARE THINGS THAT ARE KIND OF STARCHY.

Thank you! I got a few more questions:

Are there any fruits at all that are low-carb?

Is goats milk, or any other type of cow milk substitute low-carb?

I'm a skinny person, so do you think it would be good to add ALOT of nuts and sunflower seeds to my diet?

Most berries and melon are lower in carbs than other fruits. Worth getting a list--either on the net or in an Atkins or other book on low-carb eating.

I eat nuts and seeds because they are so good for you, but I have to keep the amounts modest, due to the carb content of most. Peanuts are a bit better than most, as are macadamias and almonds, but all have at least some meaningful carb content. [Walnuts are, in addition, a good source of omega 3 fats, so they get extra credit.]

By the way, although I am not a big fan of tofu, it is very moderate in carbs.

But, really, there are very complete lists out there, even by brand name. You'll be happier having them, I think.
