Most berries and melon are lower in carbs than other fruits. Worth getting a list--either on the net or in an Atkins or other book on low-carb eating.
I eat nuts and seeds because they are so good for you, but I have to keep the amounts modest, due to the carb content of most. Peanuts are a bit better than most, as are macadamias and almonds, but all have at least some meaningful carb content. [Walnuts are, in addition, a good source of omega 3 fats, so they get extra credit.]
By the way, although I am not a big fan of tofu, it is very moderate in carbs.
But, really, there are very complete lists out there, even by brand name. You'll be happier having them, I think.
