It could be where your body expects it if you eat after every meal, but then again, if you eat salty foods, most people often crave something sweet. But that doesn't apply to everyone, just what i've heard people say. Maybe a good rule of thumb is to ween yourself slowly off of sugary stuff.. Try sugar free candies, sugar free gums. It doesnt' take long for your body to not want sugar anymore. Also can drink water so you can be full.
