if your trying to lose weight try atkins after you get his book and start your 2 week induction you will notice a little difference you may feel kind fluish for a day or two(I did) but after the induction phase is over you will like the diet... it's true its a low carb hi protein diet but it works/ the thing is about this type of dieting your never ever really hungry and therefore you will eat less if you follow the program pretty close.
I been told to eat lo carb hi protein meals...and at least 6 mini meals a day and eat until you get full on your breakfast dinner and super meals..and your saying only eat one big breakfast a day?
whats werid to me is eatting the mini meals...they say as long as you stay with some very low carbs it's ok and you will lose..and there right!
Atkins/south beach..I was on atkins but kinda got off it and now I'm just eating lo carbs and hi protien meals and I'm loseing weight!
I do miss all my favorite foods Ice cream Pies home cooked rolls Mmmmm
but I get to thinking what that food does to my body...and out the window it goes!
