I heard on a show that there are certain foods good for flatting the abs. This may be BS but I was curious if there is any truth to this. Thanks
I have been told by elderly people that pineapples and pineapple juice is really good for the abs and one elderly woman has told me that is why she never had any problems maintaining a nice waistline throughout her life! And to give you a man's point of view my father also swears that pineapples have kept his waistline the same as it was when he was 20, he's 53 now.
