Question Sugar Cravings?
I have a huge problem with my sugar cravings. I can do so well throughout the day but once I see something sweet for example, cake, candy, anything, I have to eat. And eat a lot of it. GRRR..I exercise a lot but I know I won't see results if I don't eat right. My question is, is there anything pills whatever to suppress my cravings for sugar. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Low-carbing is what helped me get sugar cravings under control. I started with the Carbohydrate Addicts Lifespan Program, but others have had success with others of the low carb plans.

Hi Alicia,

I'm having a hard time too.

Right now, I'm breastfeeding and I can't do Atkins -- dh is doing Atkins and says it's working for him. Geez....I need help too!

I had gestational diabetes and HAD to control my sugar for my baby but now that she's born I'm eating TONS of sugar - I think it's because I couldn't have it before & also I didn't like the taste of sweets - I don't know! Help!!!!!!
