Get the INSTANT. It will thicken your shake cheaply with all its soluble fiber. I use Xanthan Gum for the same purpose. With cocoa, egg, milk, vanilla and protein powder and sweetner (calorie free for me) into the blender with 5 ice cubes and it's YUMMY: thick, frigid, and delicious! And FAR cheaper and tastier than "store bought."
[Obviously mine is the weight-loss shake, but substituting sugar and cream for the sweetner and the milk will make the tubby version!]
