I think I've found the perfect food:
High fiber tortillas. I found one kind, available at Trader Joe's in L.A. area, which has a whopping 9 grams of fiber in each tortilla, and they are very tasty... almost as tasty as the low fiber ones. They also have almost no fat, and they have no cholesterol, and are low calorie too.
If you combine them with some salsa, which also has no fat and no cholesterol and is reasonably good in the fiber area, it's a great combination.
Does anyone else have any suggestions for foods this perfect, or close to it?
My goal is weight loss, and reducing cholesterol.
