this might be a dum question,but do u think its possible to lose 15to 20 pds before june????

i'd say its definately possible, but it depends on your current height, weight, gender, etc. at any rate, you'd have to adhere to a strict diet and exercize everyday

Yes it is posible!

I started my diet on Feb 28 and I lost 13 pounds. I eat whole wheat bread, fruits , yogurt, chicken , fish and water only. I cut out pizza, pasta ,soda candy, cakes, cookies and chips. I workout on the treadmill five days a week for 45 minutes, 100 situps five days, arm weights 25 minutes five times a week. Its easy for me to keep up with this routine because I am seeing results so quickly and so is everyone who knows me.
