I started my diet on Feb 28 and I lost 13 pounds. I eat whole wheat bread, fruits , yogurt, chicken , fish and water only. I cut out pizza, pasta ,soda candy, cakes, cookies and chips. I workout on the treadmill five days a week for 45 minutes, 100 situps five days, arm weights 25 minutes five times a week. Its easy for me to keep up with this routine because I am seeing results so quickly and so is everyone who knows me.
