I am a 19 year old female, and lately I am constantly hungary. In about the last two years, I have experienced times when I must get too hungary and have more of the sensation to throw up then faint. Just in the last few weeks, or month, I have felt very sluggish, and haven't had much motivation to do much. I am in college for the first time this year, and haven't got as much exercise this second semester, so I was thinking maybe the sluggish part was from being a little higher in weight than what I'm used to (i'm 5'11 and approximately 160lbs). I've tried to change my eating habbits at the cafeteria. But I have never experienced this feeling of always being hungery before. It's like I can't fill myself up. And I'm always afraid that I'll get that bad sick feeling in the middle of class. I'm just wondering what it could all be and what could perhaps fill me up. Thanks for any inputs.
