Unfortunately, like many people think and believe, you cant spot lose weight. Meaning, if you want to lose weight in the tummy area, you need to lose weight all over. Quick diets dont work for this DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING people say- they may be on them and losng weight, but they wont keep it off unless they change their lifestyle & eating habits.
Eat based on the food groups (cliched, but true) and excercise if you can (and if u cant/dont want to, just make an effort to be more active..ie/ park further away from the door, go shopping instead of movies, take the stairs..and so on..)
Meanwhile, if you want to build up your abs, doing crunches will help develop that area..and it doesnt take that many/day! Start with..25-50 and work your way up..
