| | chips, cookies and pop tarts
Recently I've been on a bit of a junk food diet- well not really..I guess I've just been having a bit more junk than normal. I'm cutting down "heavy" junk food days (as in more than 3 servings of chips, cookies, ice cream or poptarts) to once per week, but I also have maybe one serving per day (ie/ 2 cookies, a pop tart, etc). Is this still too much to be consuming? I am sturggling to keep my weight and food intake UP because I ran into trouble when going the other way. I don't exercise really because I don't really enjoy it that much. I make an effort to have fruits, veggies and meats every day, but sometimes I have a lot of other not-so-good stuff too..
