| How much protein should one take in?
So I heard if you were losing weight (some, only around 10 pounds of bodyfat) and you should take in 1 gram of protein a pound to maintain (and maybe built up a little bitsy bit) muscle. To me it seems like a lot. Does this count for both women and men? All ages? I'm 16, female by the way and weigh 122 at 5"2 so I should be eating 112 grams of protein but I'm afraid I'll be getting in too much cause I already got the feeling I'm getting in plenty and I eat around 85-105 grams of protein a day.
