| Yogurt??
I've been eating Yoplait Light Fat Free Yogurt. The advertisement on the cup says something like "Burn More Fat and Loose More Weight as part of a reduced calorie diet". I've even gone on their website (as the cup says) to read the study that "backs up" this claim. (The study claims that people who ate 2-3 servings of this yogurt each day over an 8-week period lost more weight than people that didn't.) My question is: is yogurt a sensible food choice? I eat one or two 6 oz. cups per day. Each cup has 5 grams of protein, 19 grams of carbs (14g sugar), 20% calcium and vitamin D, 100 calories, no fat, and nearly no cholesterol. Is this too much sugar? I'm not on Atkins or any "fad" diets - just on a reduced calorie diet, trying to get my "ratios" closer to where they should be, and cut out some sugar. Thanks!
