I don't boil flaxseeds but I do eat them. I always purchase them at Whole Foods which is a health food store, so they are organic. But, I never really noticed a difference because I still get dandruff which has been a fluctuating problem for me and I'm 28 years old. Maybe I'm storing them wrong. After I bought them, I put them in these containers and after reading about the importance of refrigerating them, I did that 2 weeks after I bought them and took them out of my cupboards. So maybe they went bad, I don't know, but how do you boil them, like are they the ones that are already grounded up for you, they are the ones I use, should I ground them myself?
