For about 2 weeks now I've been starting my day with a small bowl of either Complete Bran Flakes or Special K almond vanilla cereal and Low fat Vanilla Soy Milk, it tastes really good!!

And I just wanted to know if there is any reason this isn't good for me. Is soy milk healthier for you than regular milk? I'm trying to lose weight and be healthy, so if anyone knows any info on this it'd be appreciated.
