I'm 33 & weigh 150. I'm 5 11". My manager told me to lose 10 pounds 1 year ago (I am in a national rock band) when I was 160. I still eat normal amounts. I think that people have misconceptions that you need to eat X amount of calories a day. I personally feel better at 150 than at 160. In my "hairband days I was 138". I don't want to go under this weight, but people tell me that I look better than ever & get carded everywhere. Who is to say what weight is right? All of my blood tests have been perfect+++.
Low weight is getting some good press these days, and th CRON (Calorie Restriction With Optimal Nutrition) society is gaining popularity.
My personal prediction is that super slim may soon be the next CRAZE for "regular" people, e.g., those not in Lilian Axe and supermodels .)
I've always heard as the general rule (but not always!) give yourself 100 lbs for the first 5 foot you are, and then add 5 pounds for each additional inch. For example, I'm 5'4" so I should weigh approx. 120 lbs.

I think it depends on the persons body type. I am 5' 7" female and I weigh 122 lbs. If I weight any more than this I seem to gain most of my weight in my stomach and look somewhat pregnant. I weighed 135 at one point and I looked fat at that weight I thought. My stomach stuck out so far. My mom has the same body type. Even at 122 my stomach pokes out a little it is not flat.
