I just went on a trip this weekend and basically ate, drank, and was merry the whole time. Today I flew home and have been trying to sort of "detox" (even though I really didn't do that much damage this weekend) and I was curious how my day has been...
BBQ chicken salad (lettuce, tomato, avocado, bbq sauce, some ranch dressing)
2 slices vegi-cheese
Grilled chicken breast
Steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and asparagus (about 2 cups!)
Slim-a-bear fudge pop
Frozen banana slices
2 airplane bags of peanuts
exercise: 35 mins precor
