i have a question.ive been noticing bruises on my legs for the past couple of weeks and i don't know where they come from and i have been drinking green tea every morning for a few months now, but ive heard that it can cause brusing??? is this true?? im really worried. has anyone ever experienced this??

Many people SWEAR by Vitamin C to ostensibly strengthen the tiny capillaries and arterioles that burst causing a bruise....my jury of 1 is still out on it's effectiveness.
You could TRY 2,000 mg. a day for a few weeks and see if that helps. The cost is small and it can't do any harm.
kool beans zip2..but, why should she take a suplement..if she can find the culprit wouldn't it be better that way..I mean supplements might help but, if the bruises come back six months later, means the problem is somewhere else..anyways don't worry about it, I don't think its that bad..just try eating less wheat stuff and, see if it works..it did work on my friend..
