There have probably been topics like this before, but these boards are huge, so it's kind of hard to find exactly what I'm looking for by searching.
Anywho, I'm nearly 19 and in pretty good health. I'm 5'11" and 150lbs. I used to be fat as a kid, but now I'm pretty thin, just a little "squishy".
I want to start getting in better shape, and eating a healthier diet. I just have no clue where to start. There are 10,000+ suggestions out there, and I don't know what to do! I don't want anything that involves starving myself. Also, I'm hypoglycemic, so I'm not to well off if I go for extended periods without eating.
To sum up my way-too-long post, does anyone have any suggestions for a healthy diet to eat while trying to tone up my body and improve my overall health?
