I eat normally but i am abnormally skinny...
Im 16, male, 6'1, and i weigh 130 lbs. I am very skinny for my age and everything, but the problem is that i eat normally but i still remain super skinny. I dont have too much visible muscle but i have plenty of strength, and i generally eat a few times a day, its usually healthy food but occasionally i eat really badly which would normally cause people to gain a bunch of weight, except that i remain this way.
Its not really bothering me, i do the things normal people do. But its just strange that i eat regularly but i remain really skinny. I must have a fast metabolism or something like that. Does anyone have any answers to this, or maybe ways that i could kind of gain some weight. I work out every day and i generally do some outdoor activity every day too.
