I'm 20 yrs old, 5'7''. I weigh 138 lbs but i have been wanting to start eating healthier. The thing is, it's very hard for me to maintain weight. If i start to work out I start to lose weight easily and I'm afraid if I try to eat healthier... I'll only lose more weight. I really like my weight right now I don't want it to go up or down. Do any of you have any advice?
