Eat oatmeal for breakfast - you can get this in most restaurants and hotels. 1 cup has 4 grams of fiber.
Another tip - pack a box of triscuit crackers in your suitcase - and carry some with you in a ziplock during the day. I think 7 crackers has 3 grams of fiber.
You can also bring some roasted soy nuts - 1/4 cup serving has 3 grams of fiber.
Eat an apple every day - 4 grams of fiber (eat the skin too).
Always get a baked potato with your dinner - an average size potato has 6 grams of fiber if you eat the skin.
This all adds up to 20 grams, not to mention any beans, veggies, and bread you may have with your meals.
