I would like to maintain my current weight of 135lbs, but sometimes I worry that I am eating to gain weight. I think it's just because I am eating things now that I wouldn't eat while I was trying to lose weight, like RICE and BANANAS, etc. But I am incorporating those things back into my diet now. They will not cause me to gain weight just by eating them, correct??? For example, I usually always have eggs and cottage cheese for breakfast, but this morning I had a banana and cottage cheese and then some trail mix...is this ok???
