I would like to maintain my current weight of 135lbs, but sometimes I worry that I am eating to gain weight. I think it's just because I am eating things now that I wouldn't eat while I was trying to lose weight, like RICE and BANANAS, etc. But I am incorporating those things back into my diet now. They will not cause me to gain weight just by eating them, correct??? For example, I usually always have eggs and cottage cheese for breakfast, but this morning I had a banana and cottage cheese and then some trail mix...is this ok???
everything in moderation is ok. try this new diet for a week and if you gained, you need to slow down a little bit, and if you didn't, you're good to go! be sure to weigh in the morning before you eat or drink.
Bananas are very high in sugar - I recommend adding another type of fruit to your breakfast instead... apple, pear, melon, etc. Rice is good, preferrably brown, and don't be afraid of potatoes and legumes.
You should get these foods in every meal you eat. And don't forget about veggies - but I think you already get lots of veggies, don't you?
