Question Protein Shake

Hi.

Has/does anyone drink a whey- based protein shake that is mixed with water. That really taste good.

I'm not a breakfast person and never have been. However, I really need to get someting in me in the morning besides a cup of coffee.

My morning starts by getting kids out the door and myself ready to leave also by 6.45 am. the rest of the day I dont have or really make time to eat until dinner. That could be anytime from 430 to 830 PM.
I need a great pickme up and filler. My doctor suggested the shake I listed above. I'm just looking for suggestion, as I don't want to buy something that doesn't taste good.

Thanks
Kim

Re: Protein Shake

I wish I could drink a shake in the mornings. I have issues with milk.

Re: Protein Shake

Did you ever think about energy bars? Balance bars and Zone perfect bars are a good balance of proteins/carbs and fats. You can just grab, and go, and they are great with coffee!
