dieting

oh man, be prepared for this one.

I am 135 pounds, 5'6''. I want to get down to 125. I run 3 miles a day, walk 3 miles a day and just recently started to cut my calories back to 1200. yes, i can do this. Do u think i will be successful in losing weight.. will this work?

If you stick to it, no doubt about it. Unless you have a thyroid problem of course.
